Quality Assurance Terms
1Raw Material
Certification report list the following will be provided with each shipment:
a) Material specification and revision
b) Heat number and supplier
c) Results of any chemical analysis and physical tests
2Test Report
Test result or inspection data report will be included with the shipment.
3Process Certifications
One copy of reports of all special processes and inspection verification results will be furnished with each shipment of processed components.
4Certification of Conformance
One copy of the C. of C. will be included with each shipment of product.
5First Article Inspection
Inspection of a First Article product, manufactured to satisfy customer's requirement will be submitted to prior to the start of production.
6Source Inspection
Final source inspection of product will be performed before shipment.
7Inspection system
Inspection system in compliance with ISO 9001 will be maintained, including record control & retention for 10 years minimum.
FAQ
1. Question: Do you have any quality control system
Answer: We have a strict control over process and documentation beginning from customer files, to raw material, sub-supplier control, manufacturing and shipment, through to all facets of traceability, certification, doc control and retention.
2. Question: What's the lead time for the sampling, are samples free of charge?
Answer: The lead time is usually about 7-15 days according to the design and requirements. The sample charge can return back once the mass production reached to a certain quantity.
3. Question: What's the payment terms.
Our payment is TT for new customer and we accept 30 days payment after delivery for future orders, and you can provide your freight forwarder for us to send the parts.
4. Question: Can I visit your factory to review the production process?
Answer: You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.
